Job Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist them in selecting the correct parts for their vehicles. Provide expert advice on automotive parts and accessories to both customers and service technicians. Answer inquiries related to parts availability, pricing, compatibility, and installation. Process sales transactions for parts and accessories accurately and efficiently. Handle customer concerns and requests regarding parts, returns, or exchanges, according to the dealerships guidelines. Provide accurate information to customers regarding warranties, pricing, and promotions. Assist in achieving parts sales targets, contributing to the dealership's profitability. Collaborate with service technicians to ensure they have the necessary parts for ongoing repairs. Driver's License MANDATORY Other duties as assigned by management Continuous Learning & Improvement: We are committed to our employee’s continuous learning and development and as such, training is provided through orientation, self-assessments, coaching sessions and demonstrations with managers. Excellent verbal communication and writing skills. Ability to manage customer complaints and to resolve difficult situations. Organized and pays attention to detail. Ability to follow set and standard procedures. Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task. Flexible and open to change; take on special tasks as needed. Ability to work independently and take self-initiative Must have a drivers license and clean drivers abstract A strong knowledge of automotive parts and technical/mechanical repairs. Basic computer skills.
