Job Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes, vehicle inspections, tire rotations & changes
- Replace light bulbs, windshield wipers, and filters
- Understand vehicle needs and advise client servicing
- Report all findings from vehicle inspections
- Regularly clean and organize the shop to maintain a tidy and safe envrionment
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Continuous Learning & Improvement:
We are committed to our employee’s continuous learning and development and as such, training is provided through orientation, self-assessments, coaching sessions and demonstrations with managers.
Ideal Requirements:
Valid Driver's License(MANDATORY)
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to work quickly and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced
environment
Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude so our customers our thrilled by their experience with us
Ability to work both individually and as a part of a team
Desire to learn, grow and develop your skills
Previous experience as a Lube Bay technician is preferred
